The latest Kung Zhu Pets Hamsters appear to be divided into 2 groups, Kung Zhu Ninjas and Kung Zhu Special Forces, each with their own set of Kung Zhu Armor and weapons systems, making them even more collectible. Each Kung Zhu Ninja Hamster has a unique combat speciality that is enhanced by their Kung Zhu Armour set. Kung Zhu Blizzard Genin Armour.

Kung Zhu Pet Thorn has his own specific weapons and armour called Kung Zhu Blizzard Genin armour. Blizzard Genin is white in colour, giving good cover and camouflage in an arctic landscape and the design is very similar to the armour set worn by his compatriot Kung Zhu Azer. Kung Zhu Blizzard Genin armour is lightweight with a blue cover to protect his face and neck.

The weapon of choice for Kung Zhu Thorn is the trident, with two very fearsome looking trident swords with red handles mounted on either side of the Blizzard Genin armour. Thorn also has a rope that he can use when he sneaks up behind his enemy, a very effective battle technique that is silent and quick.
